BUYER ARE REQUESTED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE RETAILERS AND ONLINE PLATFORMS WHERE THEY ARE PLANNING TO SELL THE PRODUCTS AND MAKE SURE THE RETAILERS & ONLINE PLATFORMS HAVE NO SUCH CONDITION OF ACCEPTING ONLY GS1 REGISTERED BARCODES. DETAILS OF YOUR PRODUCTS AGAINST A BARCODE NUMBER WILL NOT SHOW IN DATAKART MOBILE APP (DATAKART APP IS FROM GS1 & NO RETAILER TAKES THE PRODUCT DETAILS FROM THE DATAKART APP OR GS1 DATABASE. MOST OF THE RETAILERS STORE DETAILS IN LOCAL INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SOFTWARES). IT CAN BE DONE BY UPLOADING YOUR PRODUCT DETAILS ON ECOMMERCE PLATFORMS USING THE CODES PROVIDED BY US. PRODUCT DETAILS AGAINST THE BARCODE NUMBER WILL BE STORED AT RETAILER'S LOCAL DATABASE AND WILL BE FETCHED FROM THERE DURING BILLING. ANY RETAILER THAT TAKES PRODUCT DETAILS FROM ANY CENTRAL SERVER OF GS1 WILL NOT ACCEPT THESE CODES.
IMPORTANT NOTE: ANY RETAILER THAT HAS A CONDITION OF ACCEPTING ONLY GS1 REGISTERED BARCODES/890 STARTING BARCODES WILL NOT ACCEPT THE BARCODES PROVIDED BY prezotech BECAUSE WE DO NOT PROVIDE GS1 REGSITERED BARCODES OR 890 SERIES BARCODES.

Please note that Unique Product Codes provided by prezotech are NOT REGISTERED with any Barcode Issuing Authority/Organization of India or Abroad Like GS1/UCC Nor pezotech.in is authorized/registered by any of the barcode issuing organizations, either Government or Private, to resell the Barcodes/Unique Product Numbers. Please don't confuse our services with Government Barcode Registration/GS1 Registration/GS1 Registered Barcodes or anything similar. WE DO NOT PROVIDE BARCODE NUMBERS WITH STARTING DIGITS 890.
We at prezotech.in provide Unique Barcodes with our Knowledge & Expertise in barcoding. We make sure that customer gets highest value of service in the minimum possible cost, without violating any patents or trade marks of other barcode suppliers. The codes provided by prezotech.in are created using a specific algorithm developed by our team; and are suitable for listing the products on most ecommerce platforms around the world. Our 'Retail Barcodes' can be used on product packing as a scan-able barcode as well as For Ecomerce Listing of Products.
Please note that codes provided by prezotech are not visible online in the databases of Product Ids. However that doesn’t make any difference to the functionality of the codes. The codes will work in the retail as well as online markets flawlessly. If you want your products to appear in search engine results by scanning the barcode on the product, that can be easily done by yourself. Just use these codes to upload your products on Ecommerce platforms. In a short duration, when the URLs of your product listings are crawled by search engines, your products will start appearing in the search results on search engines. Please note that products appearing or not appearing in online search results do not depend on whether the code is registered or not. It solely depends on the availability of your products on online platforms and whether you have used the same code while listing the product or not.
The responsibility to check whether the respective retail store accepts non certified codes lies with the buyer. We won’t be responsible if any particular store rejects the product claiming that the code is not registered/any other reason.
Please note that Barcodes provided by prezotech.in doesn't appear in the Smart Consumer mobile app or website as this website/app is operated by other barcode suppliers. Please also note that working of a barcode in retail counter doesn't depend on whether the product appears in the Smart Consumer app or not on your phone. The basic idea of barcode functioning is based on availability of product information against the unique id at the retailer's end. No retailer actually fetch the data from any central server but maintain their own database of product IDs. However if you want the details of your product to appear when you scan a barcode (using your mobile phone) provided by PREZOTECH, you need to use the barcode number for listing your product on Ecommerce Platforms. As soon as you add your product details on any Ecommerce website, that website creates a page (URL) of your product and that page has the barcode number. After the page is crawled by Google (sometimes takes up to 6 months), the page starts ranking in search results as soon as your product is scanned by someone using their mobile phone.

- If you are looking for 890 series starting barcodes.
- If you are looking for barcode registration with GS1.
- If you are looking for barcode verification report from GS1 India.
- If you want a company prefix for your company from GS1 India.
- If you want your company and product details to be added in the GS1 database.
- If you want your product details to appear in the Smart Consumer app of GS1.
- If any of the retailers, online platforms or any organization has specifically asked for GS1 registration, and they want to verify your company details in GS1 India website.
UCC/GS1 Settlement Agreement:
Many people are confused after seeing so many private barcode providers online. Many of them are stating that they are providing GS1 originated barcodes. To understand this, you need to first understand about the UCC/GS1 Settlement Agreement.
GS1 was previously known as UCC(Uniform Code Council) and the name was changed to GS1 in 2005. Earlier (Till the date August 28, 2002), GS1 issued barcodes had no expiry or annual renewals. The barcodes were issued for perpetuity (lifetime). Also, there was no such condition to restrict the ownership transfer of the prefix. That means, all the companies who purchased barcodes from UCC (now known as GS1) before the date August 28, 2002, are legal owner of their barcode prefix for lifetime and can resell the prefix to any other organization. This is where the private barcode suppliers like PREZOTECH take the entry.
Now these companies which own GS1/UCC prefix for lifetime have transferred the ownership of their prefix to private barcode providers for lifetime and the barcode resellers are further reselling the barcodes in small batches to suit the requirements of new businesses, who do not need barcodes in huge quantity. Barcodes issued by these organizations are actually GS1 Registered however the registration in the database of GS1 is on the original owner's name and the legal owner then transfers the ownership to you through its resellers.
Return/Order Cancellation
We have Strict ‘No Cancellation, No Refund’ policy on Barcode services. As soon as you place the order with us, we start working on it. Unique Codes/Retail Barcodes orders once placed are not eligible for refund. In case the customer faces any problem in using the codes, we are available at our store contact numbers to resolve your problems. If in case you found any of the codes used, we are ready to replace 100% of the used codes in 48 hours provided the customer shows a proof of the codes already used.
Duplicate Codes Policy
At prezotech.in we make sure the codes issued to you are never ever shared with anyone else in future. We agree to keep the records of all UPC codes safe with us and only 1 person is authorized to view the database of UPC Codes, not all the employees. Our algorithms works in a way that it is impossible for us to deliver the codes to anyone else once issued to you.
Delivery
Please note that we are supplying the Unique codes through email delivery( if you need in other way please contact us ). Email delivery is made within 48 hours of confirmed payment provided the customer enters his or her email id correctly. If you have any specific requirement of Unique Codes for a particular series, please inform the same before making the payment.
We supply only Unique Codes in excel sheet or pdf for products in Ecommerce UPC section. For Retail Barcodes, we provide unique number along with their scannable barcodes suitable for product packaging. Along with that, we analyse our offline and online databases to reduce possible chances of code duplicity to zero. We use our state of the art technology and software for analysing all databases.
If you need physical delivery of the item, shipping charges will be extra.

We at prezotech.in always keep your information private including your email addresses, name, address & contact numbers. We use your email address just for order related communication or for promotions from our website. By placing order with us, you allow us to use your 'Company name' for our customers page.
Replacement
100% replacement Guarantee of the codes found used in 48 hours of reporting to us with a proof or screenshot clearly showing the codes are used. The replacement can be availed within a period of 1 year of order delivery. The replacement guarantee limits the role of prezotech.in only upto providing a new barcode in soft copy image format and delivery to customer's email address. Replacement guarantee doesn't cover the cost paid by customer for replacing the packaging of previously printed barcodes or any cost that is involved in printing new barcodes on new packaging/replacing old barcodes with new. These codes are valid for a long duration of time. No renewal is required. Basically these codes are meant for giving a start to your business without spending a huge amount on Registered Barcodes. If you spend a large amount in the beginning of your business, you have to increase the prices of your products. As a result, final price will increase that leads to lesser demand for the product. By buying codes from us, you can check the market demand of your product without increasing the final price of the product. In future, when your product is accepted in the market, you are free to get Certified/Registered barcodes from global organizations.
